Scott Giffen, CFRE, M.S. joined 91µ¼º½ in 2026 bringing over 20 years of experience as a high-impact executive, generosity coach, and philanthropic leader. His career is defined by a deep commitment to promoting the arts, nature, and communities of progress—a mission that aligns perfectly with 91µ¼º½.

His proven success in fundraising and demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong advancement teams set a positive path forward for our organizational growth.

In his 27-year career, Scott and his teams have raised more than $300 million.

A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), Scott holds a Master of Science in Arts Administration from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science from the Briner School of Business at Greenville University. He is recognized not only for his data-driven strategic analytics but also for his talent in storytelling and public speaking.

Beyond his professional accolades, Scott is known for his results-oriented approach and his unique ability to act as a philanthropic matchmaker, connecting donors’ passions with impactful causes.

Scott has a large, blended family, including his wife and four children, along with a variety of pets (two dogs, a cat, and a gecko). He is also very familiar with the Kansas City area as he has been in Kansas City since 2020.
